Flat collector ENSOL

The solar ENSOL collector is intended for the exchange of the energy of the solar radiation for the useful applied thermal energy to prepare warm functional water, of heating water in swimming-pool or for assisting the source of the warm weather in the heating installation.

The structure of the casing of the collector is leaned against the stiff frame bent from ENSOL special, patented by the company, of aluminium profile protected through anodowanie. The closed casing is an aluminium metal sheet from the bottom, whereas the lid is made from special, high of permeable solar glass. The way of fixing the pane guarantees the airtightness of the casing as well as he is minimizing thermal stresses.

An absorber is a main element of the collector, of which the made plate is of the coated high copper plate selective, ceramic – with metal cover eta plus with a view to providing with the top stair of the radiation absorption and consequently, of getting the great efficiency of the process of the transformation of the energy.

The plate of the absorber is toing interface, with method of ultrasonic welding) or soldering), with the system of copper tubes in which the working substance is circulating.
Losses of the warmth were minimized by applying the bottom and side isolation made from the rock wool about the low thermal conduction.
Specially designed sets assembly, made of the stainless steel, serve the stretch for banal and certain fixing interceptors to the roof construction about different pitches. Structure according to of Dinas EN 12975.
